Real estate agents licensing course
Property Training Qld conducts Full Licence training in our training centers or by online training.
In order to apply for a Real Estate Agent’s licence in Queensland, applicants must have been assessed as competent in 19 units from the Property Services Training Package:
If you are currently working in the property industry as a Salesperson, Property Manager or Resident Letting Agent, you may have already completed between four and six of these units. The balance of the units are delivered in two-day parts at each of our training centres, once a month. The schedule of parts is co-ordinated so that students may complete two parts per month by attending each of the different centres.
If you have worked successfully in the property industry during the last twelve months, you may be eligible to make application for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for those units of competency that relate specifically to your job role.
RPL is the recognition of skills and knowledge acquired both formally and informally. A candidate for RPL must provide sufficient evidence to support his/her claim. If you think you are eligible for any RPL, you should contact our office to discuss your eligibility. If you have completed any formal studies in Real Estate, that is ABH modules, these, together with other evidence, will assist in your claim.
Property Training Qld prides itself in the knowledge that it applies the principles of RPL in accordance with Australian Qualifications Training Framework guidelines which state that RPL should be easily accessible and affordable.
